Dress Code

Men: Men may wear traditional golf shirts, slacks, and shorts. Men’s golf shirts must have a collar (soft, hard, or mock). Graphic tee shirts, sweatpants, warm up suits, blue jeans, cargo shorts, short shorts, cut-offs, gym or athletic shorts are not permitted. Hats must be worn bill forward and are not permitted in the clubhouse. Women: Women may wear slacks, dresses, skirts, skorts, and shorts. Blouses, sleeveless or razorback style shirts are permitted provided they have a collar; collarless shirts provided they have sleeves. Golf shirts must not rise above waistline, exposing bare skin at any time during the golf swing. Short shorts, short skorts, cargo shorts, graphic tee shirts, sweatpants, warm-up suits, cut offs, blue jeans, yoga pants, gym or athletic shorts, are not permitted. Leggings are permitted provided they are underneath the appropriate attire.

Valet

At The Estancia Club, we understand that a seamless and enjoyable experience begins from the moment you arrive. That is why we take pride in offering our members and guests full-time valet and convenient bag drop services. We encourage all our valued visitors to take advantage of this convenient amenity.

Locker Room

Our commitment to ensuring an exceptional experience extends to our well-appointed locker rooms as well. Guests of our members enjoy full access to these facilities, complete with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and refreshing visit. In addition, each guest is provided with a private locker, where they can securely store their belongings during their stay.

Pace of Play

The Estancia Club requires that an 18-hole round be played in four hours. Pace of play is critical to the enjoyment of the golf course; therefore, members will be held accountable for their guest's pace of play. It is the members responsibility to play in a timely manner and to be aware of their position on the golf course and maintain that position throughout the round.

Cell Phones

Cell Phones may not be used for audible communication. Cell phones must be in silent mode at all times. Ringing, speaking and/or bluetooth earpieces are prohibited. To make a call, please use one of the private telephone rooms or your vehicle.

Tipping Policy

At The Estancia Club, we uphold a strict no-tipping policy for all employees, including valet services. We encourage our members to contribute to our annual Holiday Fund in December as an alternative way to express their appreciation. This collective approach ensures that our entire team feels valued and recognized for their dedication.
