The Estancia Club is member owned and has 325 full golf members (maximum).
Residents and non-residents may apply.

In 2009, Estancia adopted a market-based pricing program. The Club will sell memberships from the Seller's List based on the lowest Resale Price available. A prospective member may reserve a membership with an application and a refundable check for the purchase price. The application process includes a standard background check and a personal interview with members of the Membership Committee. When an applicant is approved, pro-rated dues will be owed for the remainder of our fiscal year which begins October 1. Membership dues for the 2012-13 fiscal year are $15,750. 

Estancia members who wish to sell their membership submit their Resale Price in writing to the Club on or before the last business day of each month. The submitted price is binding until modified or revoked in writing.  The Transfer Fee will be $30,000 or 20% of the selling price, whichever is greater.
